The fine print, in plain English.

We want you to love your CouplesKey. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the rules below.

• 30-day window. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Valid issue required. Returns are accepted only with a valid reason — for example: the product arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
• Buyer pays return shipping. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error.
• Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refund timing. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Non-returnable. Personalised items, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

• Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums.
• Processing: orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
• Delivery estimates: US & Canada 5–8 business days, UK & EU 7–12 business days, AU & NZ 10–14 business days.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
• Customs & duties: orders are charged in USD at checkout. Any local import duties or taxes (rare for orders under $50) are the buyer's responsibility.
• Lost or stuck parcels: contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window — we'll investigate and replace if needed.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment info (processed securely by Shopify and Stripe — we never see or store your card details).

We don't sell your data. Marketing emails are opt-in only and you can unsubscribe at any time. Full requests for data access or deletion: hello@coupleskey.store.

By placing an order with CouplesKey you agree to these terms. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case a full refund is issued. Product images are illustrative — minor variation in colour or finish is normal for handmade acrylic items.

Disputes are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
